Pavis provides real-time conversation intelligence, transcription, and emotional AI analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Certain features of Pavis require the purchase of credits. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

5. User Content and Recording

You are solely responsible for the audio you record and process through Pavis. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents required by law to record and analyze conversations.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Pavis a license to process your audio for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including but not limited to recording conversations without consent where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software included in the Service are the property of Pavis or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pavis operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
